What does it MEAN for our bodies to be living and holy sacrifices? How do you daily, continually sacrifice yourself for God? Thoughts?

Maybe by giving up my selfish wants and desires and letting Him live through me. Like perhaps spending time visiting the sick and helping the needy instead of rushing home to see the next episode of "24" or the results from American Idol...
